BUSINESS NAME CHANGE

Dear Partner's & Customer's           

Effective January 1, 2026, M. R. Franceschini, Inc. will convert from a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, to a limited liability company (LLC) also under the laws of Puerto Rico, changing its name to M. R. Franceschini, LLC by an amendment to its Certificate of Organization approved on December 22, 2025. (Click here for the Certificate of Conversion). The entity will retain its current EIN as it is the same juridical person as the predecessor corporation pursuant to the Puerto Rico General Corporation Act of 2009, as amended, and it will continue its operations without its rights and obligations affected because of its conversion to LLC.

Because of the above, any contractual rights and obligations that the Company has with your entity will continue unaltered, except that any documents addressed or checks that are issued by or to our entity commencing January 1, 2026, as well as electronic transfers, must consider the change of name. 

We kindly request that you take the necessary steps to update your records to reflect the entity’s new name.
